Roux suddenly stopped eating and wasn’t acting like his usual happy, energetic self.. We knew something wasn’t right. We called our regular vet, but they couldn’t see him for another day. Thankfully, when we reached out to Dr. Julie, she immediately understood how serious the situation felt and got us in right away.

From that moment on, the care we received was nothing short of exceptional. The communication throughout the visit was clear, thorough, and reassuring. They were even able to provide X-rays before and after, walking us through exactly what was going on and helping us fully understand Roux’s condition. They also took the time to check in with us after we left to see how he was doing, which meant a lot.

Every single staff member we encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. You can tell this team truly loves animals and takes pride in what they do. The facility itself is state-of-the-art. It’s clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed to provide top-level care.



We’re incredibly thankful for how quickly they acted and the level of attention Roux received. It’s not often that a dog is excited to go back to the vet for a 2nd checkup. I highly recommend Dr. Julie and her team to anyone needing a veterinary specialist that truly cares.

We were in a very emergency situation, we called, and they said bring the cat right now. We got him up there and they immediately rushed him back and started taking care of him and saved his life. I couldn't get through to my usual vet and tried this new one in my neighborhood. I am SO glad I did. 10/10 for friendliness, care, professionalism, knowledge, price point, etc. I don't know if these sweet ladies went over and above for me but it sure felt like they did. I was having a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, and everyone was so kind and compassionate to me and my red-faced, tear-stained self who had already dealt with 3 plumber visits that morning on top of an injured fur baby. Can't recommend this place enough! :)
